Btul...btul..btul (kata Ipin), lirik lagu diatas memang milik D'Masiv dan memang benar2 pas untuk saya ataupun teman-teman yang saat ini sedang berjuang dalam menghadapi kesulitan,kesusahan,serta keputus asaan dalam hidup ini, Namun apakah teman-teman tahu ? ' Dibalik kesulitan pasti ada kemudahan ', yang penting kita harus selalu terus berusaha dan berani ber inovasi dalam segala hal ( tentunya hal-hal yang baik ya..),Mungkin Anda pernah dengar cerita 'siPengusaha Nyeleneh' yaitu Om Bob Sadino yang berawal dari jualan telur ayam kampung keliling sampai dia memiliki 'KemChick' (Ayam Kemang), Dan pada beberapa bulan lalu beliau pernah datang ke Politeknik Batam untuk memberikan pencerahan kepada para UKM yg ada di batam ( Allhamdullilah,Saya dapat berfoto bersama Beliau ),dan di seminar tersebut beliau di tanya oleh seorang peserta ( Bisa jadi ini pertanyaan semua peserta ataupun anda sendiri ),

                  dan bagaimana menyiasati karena saya banyak hutang,apa kiatnya ?
( Dengan senyumnya yang khas si Om menjawab....)
Om Bob : " Jangan tanya kiat. Saya ngga punya kiat,coba saudara jelaskan apa itu kiat ? Anda sendiripun
                  belum tentu bisa jawab apa itu kiat kan ?"

Nah Lo...inilah Om Bob, Kalo kita kasih pertanyaan pasti beliau akan membalik pertanyaan itu lagi untuk kita dan ini yang membuat seluruh peserta kebingungan utnuk menjawabnya.
Dan di akhir acara beliau memberikan para peserta pesan yang ngga akan mungkin di lupakan,yaitu :

1. Usahalah tanpa MODAL alias Modal DENGKUL.

Kenapa beliau bilang seperti itu ? Karena kalau kita membuka usaha tanpa modal ketika kita bangkrut kita
ngga perlu pusing (lha wong modalnya dengkul doang ngapain pusing ya cari lagi usaha lainnya ).

2. Jangan pernah berpikiran meminjam Modal ke Bank alias NGUTANG.

    Usaha belum berhasil atau belum sempat nabung untuk masa depan sudah di kejar-kejar hutang,
    lebih baik berhasil dulu baru Bank itu sendiri yang nawarin kita Modal ( ya...Jaim lah alias Jaga Image dikit)
3. Kagak perlu ikut-ikutan 'orang' sekolah Enterpreuner,
    Lha wong mo buka usaha malah sekolah mending Uangnya buat tambah Modal usaha atau kembangkan usahanya.

4. Perbanyaklah BerDoa,Berusaha dan Berinovasi

    Contohlah Balita/anak bayi, ketika dia baru mulai berjalan sebelumnya pasti merangkak,bangun, berdiri
     sebentar terus jatuh lagi, Nah..seperti itulah kita kalo mau buka usaha Pasti jatuh dulu ngga mungkin
    langsung jalan begitu aja.

5. Berbagilah untuk sesama

   Kadang kalo kita sudah berhasil/baru mulai berhasil suka lupa sama teman,sahabat ataupun saudara sendiri
   padahal arti berbagi di sini bukan berarti bagi-bagikan duit namun pasti ada yang lebih bermanfaat seperti
   berbagi ilmu,motivasi ataupun sekedar menanyakan kabarnya, Tapi memang tidak ada salahnya kalau
   seandainya ingin memberikan Modal usaha kerjasama terhadap teman2 nya yang memang berpotensi.

Sebenarnya, masih banyak point yang diberikan oleh Om Bob namun menurut Saya inilah beberapa point yang penting dan mungkin yang sampai saat ini kita sedang mengalaminya, dan sampai saat ini pun saya masih fokus menjalani apa yang beliau katakan tempo lalu.

Hi, Today I want to explain how I make thousands online from home using a brand new business that offers three income streams.

When I joined this business they offered me a domain with great hosting packages all for just $10 a month. One of the income streams where also a domain provider called Global Domain International (GDI). There income plan was so good I would of joined and paid $10 a month even if they didn’t offer a domain name with the great hosting packages.

So lets go into a higher perspective, You recruit 5 people into the system and each of those 5 people recruit another 5 people each and this cycle goes down 5 times then you would earn $3905 a month just from 5 people!

Is GDI a pyramid scheme?

There is so much to learn about communicating effectively with people than you can ever imagine. Your desire to improve your communication skills can make you watch talk shows, listen to radio programs, join clubs dedicated to public speaking, read books on communication skill improvement, listen to ordinary conversations and so on. When it comes to interacting with words, certain rules must be obeyed. It may look tedious but you have to realize that even though it is your mouth that is doing the talking, your brain works twice as hard to churn out what you say. I am going to show you effective strategies you can apply to improve your communication skill.

1. What do you know?
Education is all about learning the basics. To be an effective speaker, you have to be a life time student of life. What i mean is you have to be a learner. Educational experts acknowledge the fact that we all have limitations, but that does not mean we should not learn to keep up and share what we know.

2. How good are you at listening?
It is just as important as asking questions. Sometimes, listening to the sound of your own voice can teach you to be more confident of yourself and say things you believe in with conviction.

3. Humility should be your watch.
We all make mistakes in life, and sometimes we tend to stutter, and probably mispronounce certain words. So whenever you are speaking to a group, don't be afraid to ask if you are using the right word and if they are unsure about it, make a joke out of it. It will make everyone laugh and you can get away with it as well.

4. Make good use of your eye Contact.
There is a lot to teach when it comes to fixing your attention on your audience with an eye catching gaze. It is important that you keep your focus when talking to a large group in a meeting or a gathering.

5. Kidding around sometimes.
A little bit of humor can do wonders to lift the tension or boredom when making your speech. That way, you will gain the attention of the crowd and they will feel that you are being practical and down to earth.

6. Try to meet and interact with people.
Interaction is all about mingling with other people. Mix with people, attend events and sometimes, engage in arguments. You will learn and get a lot of ideas.

7. Practice in your closet.
There are moments you sing to yourself in the shower. Listening to the sound of your own voice while you practice your speech in front of a mirror can help correct the stressed areas of your pitch. You can also work on your boldness and facial expression when practicing alone in front of a mirror.

8. Give your audience a smile
A smile says it all just like your eye contact. There is no need to frown in a meeting or gathering, unless it is a funeral. You can better express what you are saying when you smile.

9. Find a Role Model
There must be at least one or two persons in your life you love to listened to when they speak at public events. You must have fallen in love with their voice, facial expression or charisma. There is nothing wrong in making them your role model. They can be a source of inspiration to you.

10. Preparation is the key.
Make the best preparation rather than just scribbling notes in a hurried panic. Prepare yourself before standing in front of a gathering to avoid loss of confidence.

Branding - How to Discover Your Brand Position in 30 Seconds

Defining a brand is one of those business topics that small business entrepreneurs needlessly struggle with.
The truth is, by going through a systematic process, it can be quite easy to define a powerful brand for yourself, and your business. Yet, most entrepreneurs totally bypass the first step in the branding process: Positioning.
Your brand position is the essence of what makes you unique and memorable to your target market. This is important because if you don't make yourself 'stand out in the crowd,' you won;t be successful in attracting business to you.
Defining your brand position is the first thing you must do before you spend a lot of time and money creating a logo and website. Your brand position is basically 'what your are an expert at doing,' and 'what you want to be known for' by your target market.
If you don't define a strong brand position, your target market won't be able to identify you as "the person" to solve their problems, which is really what they care about most. You want to be known as the 'go to 'person, the expert in your industry.
To start to define what you want to be known for, answer this simple question: "If someone is looking for your type of expertise, what do they type into Google to find you?" Whatever they type in...that's what you want to be known for!
You can start to build your brand positioning around those words or phrase. Keep in mind that they should be obvious words, because that's the way people do search activities on search engines. You can also use this strategy to find someone you know of, but you can't remember their name.
Once you know the word or phrase, leverage it in your marketing message. For example, words I use are branding, marketing, and business growth; Kendall Summerhawk uses Money, Marketing, and Soul™ (which she brilliantly trademarked), and Ali Brown is known as the "Ezine Queen."
Keep in mind that there are more steps to begin building your brand, and the next logical step is to do a competitor analysis, to see if the brand position you've chosen truly is unique enough from your competitors.
However, doing the quick 30-second activity I've noted will help you begin to clarify your brand's position, what makes you unique, and move you closer to communicating your expertise to your target market.
